RIP Conrad Bain

Conrad Bain, the Lethbridge, Alberta native and actor popular for his roles as Phillip Drummond on Diff'rent Strokes (1978-1986) and Dr. Arthur Harmon on Maude (1972-1978) sadly passed away of natural causes on January 14. He was 89.

"I am deeply saddened by the sudden passing of Conrad as we were looking forward to celebrating his 90th birthday next month," Bridges, 47, says. "In addition to being a positive and supportive father figure both on and off-screen, Conrad was well-loved and made going to work each day enjoyable for all of us. He will be missed, but never forgotten." Bridges, who has overcome his problems with drug addiction, added that he had remained in contact with his TV dad throughout his life, and spoke to him just last week. The actor was "the glue" of the Diff'rent Strokes cast, he said." (Todd Bridges, former cast mate)
RIP Mr. Drummond.

  1. Wow that brings some TV memories of the past.
    RIP Mr. Drummond

I occasionally watch this stupid adult stop motion animation cartoon called Robot chicken out of curiosity.
Its very tasteless in the way it portrays some of those old classic TV characters. Yeah I know they're trying to be funny and cater to adult audiences but still.

    1. Hello Tina! :) I agree with you on Robot Chicken. Don't find it amusing at all.
